Cheesy Chilli Stuffed Bread

Cheesy bread recipe

To celebrate the kitchen reveal this week, we’ve got some great recipes for you, thanks to Panasonic!

This soft and delicious cheesy bread is stuffed with onion, parsley, mustard and chilli for a flavour explosion. Incredibly easy to prepare and bake, it is perfect served with soup, stew, chilli con carne, or even as a side dish at meal time.


  • 1x Large Ciabatta loaf
  • 100gm melted butter
  • Dash of Olive oil
  • 3T grated onion
  • Grated garlic (optional)
  • 2T Dijon mustard
  • 170gm pizza cheese mix (or similar)
  • Culley’s hot sauce to taste
  • Culley’s Smoked Chilli Salt (optional sprinkle on top)
  • 2T Chopped parsley (leave some for garnish)


  1. Cut bread diagonally in both directions. Do not cut all the way through to base
  2. Melt butter and add all other ingredients and season to taste, mix well
  3. Spoon or pour mixture in to bread, distribute evenly
  4. Stuff cheese into the cross sections of bread
  5. Sprinkle Smoked Chilli Salt on top of loaf (if desired)
  6. Place on wire baking rack

Multi-cook Instructions

  • Stage 1 – Steam on medium steam setting for 30 minutes
  • Stage 2 – Grill 5 minutes on full grill maximum heat or until golden brown
  • Sprinkle with parsley to serve
